Hey I've been wonder if I should buy a Pokemon game or just get majoras mask. I ask because I've never like Pokemon because they say there own name over and over again but if you guys say i should give Pokemon a chance then tell me wich game to get i hope you guys have some great advise for me in the future but till then ill be waiting.

I think you should really get Pokemon. It's a really fun series and there are so many ways to play it. I love the strategy involved too. You can also trade with fellow 3DSpedians if you get Pokemon.
The replay value of it is also really huge and you can play online against a huge number of people.
I don't have much experience with LoZ but I recommend Pokemon and I hope that you give it a chance!

It all depends on what you'd like to do.
If you're into Zelda or if you want to play alone, go for Zelda:Majora's Mask 3D, otherwise, if you want a game with an active community, and where you might be able to trade/challenge others, go for Pokémon.

Plus, there have been many things about Pokémon lately, so, that might be a good idea to head for it.

It really depended on what kinda gamer you are those are two completely different RPGs. I think it also depends on the type of 3ds you have too because as you kno they released the new 3ds lx with the majoras mask game..so most likely your gonna have to use the c stick which is one of the new features of the new 3ds. That's why I'm kinda iffy about getting majoras mask because I have the old 3ds xl.

As D4rkDragon said, if you prefer playing alone, then go for Majora's Mask. If you prefer having the ability to challenge other, go for Pokemon.
However, I'd like to point out that Pokemon games are not known for their storylines, but their combat and multiplayer features. LoZ games, on the other hand are known for very memorable characters, immersive storylines, beautiful soundtracks, and the puzzle-solving mechanism.

Pokemon is pretty awesome but I think it is too easy. It has amazing grapics now though and is overall better than Majora's Mask although it depends on your level of gaming experince and type of gamingness. If you are really "obessed" like most of us are, you can competitive battle and trust me, it will take a while and is pretty rewarding to see the other get smashed. XD

Adding to the advice above, Pokemon is very time-consuming compared to Zelda. Whether it's more fun depends on which kind of game you enjoy more. Personally, I'd pick Pokemon, although I'd want both.

Also, unless you have played other games of the Majora era or appreciate them, you might find Majora's Mask a little dated. Heck, it feels like I'm criticizing both games.

But if you want to be part of a community and play online and everything, Pokemon. If you want a good story, Majora.

Though i don't have a lot of experience about LOZ games,it depends on how you like to play and what kind of gamer you are,if you like playing single layer story games i say go for Majora's mask but if you like multiplayer games in which you adventure and train then go for pokemon.

If you've never played Zelda before, try Pokemon first. Give it a chance. I promise you'll find it very fun. Besides, the fact that they say the name again and again says nothing, the same thing happens in Zelda. Zelda's mentioned a ridiculous amount of times, as is the Mask. (In different games)
