Agents of S.T.E.A.M a ripoff of agents of shield?

Hi guys i wanna know what you think about this and i hope im not the only person who thinks its a ripoff but here are some of the reasons i think its a ripoff of the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D

here are 2 reasons...after i research the game ill add more but im not saying the games bad but it just seems like its ripping off S.H.I.E.L.D

#1 ok this is pretty obvious but agents of S.T.E.A.M and agents of S.H.I.E.L.D...way to close

Hmm ... I wouldn't know what to say because I never really heard of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D before ( Dont Hurt Me ) but to me after a research , the games aren't really too much of a similarity so I wouldn't think it is a rip-off . Also it's called Code Name S.T.E.A.M so I wouldn't think it would be anything similar anymore

But you realize that besides those two factorss, they are literally completely different. And actually, one of those isn't even true. it's Codename S.T.E.A.M, not Agents of S.T.E.A.M silly
