Looks like there will be a challenge in Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee if you want to be the very best, because Master Trainers have arrived. They would specialize in one of 151 Pokémon available, including Metapod and Magikarp! You can find and challenge them into battle. There's one catch, you can only use one specific Pokémon, and you can't use items too (so no Hyper Potions here...)
I'm sure they'll be very challenging because it seems that they'll use some unexpected moves, which is most likely the one that are super-effective against specific Pokémon in particular. But if you win against them, you'll get the title like Venusaur Master among others.
