I know that a lot of people are trying to complete their Pokedex in Pokemon X/Y, so I decided to help you guys.
This is a complete detailed map that has locations of all the catchable Pokemon in the Kalos region.

It might be unreadable without Zooming, but hold down Ctrl, and scroll you mouse to zoom in.
Edit: If you are searching for a specific Pokemon, press Ctrl + F , and type the name of the Pokemon you are looking for. Makes it a lot easier than triangulating it.
