Yup. Selling Vivillon forms of all kinds with this shop (if you want it as a Scatterbug or Spewpa, feel free to let me know). Each will cost 10 PC (but for every 5, you'll get one free!). Great for those who want to collect 'em all!

it depends where in the world you are you will get different viviloon

More like it depends on what your 3DS Region Settings were when you started the game (and once it's started, it remains permanent for which ones you get from wild encounters)
