Do you have an account on myanimelist? it's helpful to keep track of your watched anime, well at least for me it is
I have so many that I want to check out, but I probably shouldn't since I'm still in the process of watching some right now.
As for re-watching, I'd just want to go back and re-watch some Pokemon and Dragon ball-z, and pick up on Naruto since I am completely behind on it, lol.

The animes I have already watched completely or til the last episode thats come out yet are Avatar: the Last Airbender, Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Bleach, and DragonBall. In Dragon Ball Z, I got to about the episode where Krillin is about to shut off the androids with that remote but he doesnt because he looovvvvesssss 18 (;. But i would say my watch list would have to be
1. Finish Fairy Tail (currently watching)
2. Try One Piece
3. Soul Eater
4. Maybe Finish DBZ, DBK, whatever else there are
5. maybe Inuyasha? Im trying to find one with romance, action, and a litle comedy

lol and I thought I've seen a lot of anime well I've seen more but I leave them at half cuz i got bored of them

Even if an anime gets boring I finish it just to get it over with. Some anime seem boring at first but get better as the series progresses.
