Any tips on playing the 1st LoZ?

To be completely honest, I'm as lost as my 5 year old self when I played this game in my childhood lol Anyone who has finished the game, could you or anyone give me pointers, guides and /or tips on how and where the fudge am I supposed to go? lol I've had this game since like a year now in my 2DS after I won a contest here way back lol

After getting your sword, it's best to go and grab some bombs. I'm pretty sure where you get them is like near the bottom right corner of the map. Make sure to kill enemies along the way so you can have enough rupees to buy them. This is all I'm able to do on my playthroughs of the game, however lol. It might be best to check out a walkthrough of the game if you haven't already. The game is extremely tedious and difficult. >,<

I've got a great tip for you. LOOK UP A WALKTHROUGH. Seriously though, this game is hard, an quite confusing, with puzzles and certain death at nearly every turn, especially during the early portions of the game but even on into the later portions. And, additionally, you probably know its quite easy to get lost...
