Are friend safari's pokemon good?

I think the pokemon in friend safari are really junk. What are your thoughts

I wouldn't say junk but the safaris do tend to have a lot of the same Pokémon.

The only thing good in the friend zafary zone is that when you have a friend with the normal type and he has a ditto, you can use it to have a perfect ditto (almost impossible) for use in your competitive play and also you can get their natures which is a pain at first but you know it is worth it.

pokemon Safari is pretty awesome because pokemon there...

• have at least 2 perfect IVs
• have more chances of being shinny
• may have hidden abilities

yes, all of that is true, but friend safari does indeed tend to give you A LOT of the same pokemon, especially if 2 different people's safaris have the same type.. I personally don't really like it that much, because I have 20 different friends with pokemon, and most of their types are the same -_-

No, they are amazing. They have a good chance for hidden abilities, they have a very good chance of IV's ( individual values) and a much higher shiny rate. The friend safari may not have as much Pokemon or size as other safaris but it's the best one in my opinion.
