From what I've heard a lot of people are disappointed with the demo mostly cause it's short

I personally loved it and thought it was a great representation f what the game could so

Also I got a free galiade

But what did you think?

I can't say I did exactly "like" it. It was okay but I expected more. I wish I could enter building or explore a bit on my own... I really hoped this demo would help me make up my mind on whether or not I should buy Alpha Sapphire but it didn't help at all... There are a lot of nice features in the ORAS games it seems but I already got pokémon X and also a whole bunch of untouched/barely touched (Virtue's Last Reward, Mario and Luigi Dreamteam Bros., Crimson Shroud, Super Mario bros. Deluxe...), or yet to finish games (Denpa men 3, Fire Emblem Awakening, Kid Icarus Uprising, Super Mario 3D land, ...) so I'm not sure if I want to spend money on yet another one. (I got a huge amount of games for my birthday, lucky me.) Plus I got school and a bunch of other hobbies too... I love pokémon but I wonder if this is a real must-have or just one of the many remakes that will fade out of your memory in no-time. If it is a must-have, well, must have, must play. :D but the demo does not reveal too much about that. What I value is how much freedom you have in the game an how good the storyline is and neither can be judged based on the demo...

Since I've never touched a Gen 3 game before, I must say that I enjoyed the demo. It was fun, I liked how the games looks like with Pokémon X/Y's engine, and the missions are fun.
However, I just have a few regrets about the demo:

1) Why are they always showing you (the same) a trailer every time you beat a mission ? It's nice, but when you beat the demo about ten times like I did, it gets annoying. And you can't skip it.
2) Not much content to send to the final game. While having a Mega-Stone and an extra Pokémon to send is a nice bonus, the other stuff besides this weren't that interesting (a bunch of PokéBalls, and forgot the things you get for beating the demo ten times).
3) Not much stuff to explore. I know this is a demo, but, there's not many things to do when you're in town. I mean, why can't you talk to the people living inside the houses ?

^ Of course, those are only small details. Overall, I enjoyed a lot this demo, it was fun and nice, and it allowed me to discover a bit more the Gen 3 (because emulators aren't really my thing, and I never had any Gen 3 game [only LeafGreen, but Kanto =/= Hoenn]). So, I'm looking towards the final game. Of course, if I can, I'll get the digital version (otherwise, my SD card would be useless) !

Yup ur right

For me it was good and everything I expected it to be as well as a little more of adventuring and running into wild pokemon like slakoth.I really like how you got the three final evolutions stater pokemon after you finished saving the game.

Huh.. Not so glad having a real good reward(said it to feel better), mega glalie, pokeball set,and heart scales.. For the most is it more exciting if they give us the mega steelix one ..that was totally awesome ,and putting a good reward like a rare ball etc heavy ball.:)

It looks like a really fun demo to me
me, but unfortunately I haven't recieved the newsletter yet. Nintendo keeps saying that I'll get it eventually, but it's just so frustrating.
