Atlus Teasing Persona Announcement

Figured I'd post this despite knowing nothing about the series, but the announcement seems interesting enough.

Atlus is teasing a "super important" announcement about Persona, apparently.

On May 2 at 11:30pm Japan time (7:30am PDT), Atlus will be having a livestream containing the announcement, according to Gematsu.

I didn't see exactly where it said the stream will be, but I'll post what it is once whatever the announcement is is revealed.
 
Oh, a Persona announcement nice! Well keep us updated, I'm always interested in hearing news like these. :)
 
Mmm... They're Persona 5, Persona Q, the new edition of the fighting game and the new idol game where the characters dance and sing...

PSVita had the worst exclusive there :D

I suppose it will be a trailer for Persona 5 and the release date of Persona Q there.

Well, I'm excited for any kind of "Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth" news, a release date would be fantastic, it's been awhile since we got info on the game.

Yeah, I'm hoping it's a summer title, I'd love to play an awesome RPG while waiting for Super Smash Bros. 4.

For me, watching the anime kills the need to play the game, because spoilers.

I won't even think of watching the anime, it will surely kill the game, cause it would have nearly the same story-line (in most cases)

Well, the thing this is based on the expansion for the PSVita. The original anime was Persona 4: The Animation (October 2011) and it told all the trama of the game.

It's from Persona Q, by looking at the title. I am seriously hoping an European release, because of how cool the game looks (and it's better if you had played Persona 3 or 4 before)! Now hoping that Atlus release it in the Europe and the US.

that announcement was a big fail, I was looking forward to a brand new game or a lot more details on current projects. Not a magazine revival and a new anime on a series that ended like two years ago.

@D4rkDragon hoping so, too (though I'm not European user). Atlus is going weird by publishing Conception II in Europe, but forgetting SMT IV (oh well, it's Ninty's responsibility anyway).
@Demon_skeith yep, I don't see any good purpose on why Atlus adapt P4G into anime (except monetizing, maybe).

Since Persona as already been in the market i wonder if there will be another persona game in the franchise.
