I made Resetti's Bad list.

So I'm going to cosplay as a scout regiment solider. I have the cloak and all that stuff figured out. Do you know how I can make a 3d maneuvering device? They are too expensive online.....

Any advice overall? This is my first time cosplay ing so I could use your help! Thanks!
