I'll be keeping my SSB4 3DS code. And since my brother has his own DLC code for the Wii U, and no one will pay some real money for this DLC since it's not an exclusive from the offer of SSB Soundtrack+DLC code (DLC will be available for purchase), I decided to give it to other Wii U owners in exchange of PC.

Nope, there will be 2 separate codes that will be given to those who are qualified for the SSB offer. Because Nintendo assumes that you have both the handheld and the console. And, sadly I'll be using the 3DS code for my Mewtwo personal use.
