AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON!!

Hello, fellow pedians, it's Entity again. I have been wanting to talk with other fellow Marvel geeks about the new Avengers movie for quite some time now and with it being almost June, I think that it would be an appropriate time to talk about it considering that most likely three quarters of the earths population has already seen it. So, I wanted to create this thread to talk with those of you that have seen this movie and would like to well, talk about it!!

FIRST OFF- IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE, GET OFF THIS THREAD NOW!!

Let's start with something simple: What was your favorite part of the movie?

My personal favorite is when Ultimate Ultron makes his first appearance to black widow. The part when Ultron prime was all like, "whatever doesn't kill you only makes you-" and then Ultimate Ultron just rips him apart and finishes his sentence, "-stronger." That part was just so amazing to me and was actually very epic.

Now, there are multiple other parts of the movie that I nerded all over the place about, but I just like this scene in particular. Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with!

I actually have three favorite parts of the movie, the first one is where everyone is trying to pick up Mjölnir and Thor is just laughing until Cap picks it up slightly and Thors' face is hilarious.

Second, is when Hawkeye is rambling to himself after Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch leaves.

And the last one is where Thor is giving his speech saying "I am Thor son of Odin, and as long as I have breath in my breast...And I am running out of things to say!" I thought it was funny because Thor is usually quick and clever with his words.

I can't wait for the next movie!

Age of Ultron was AWESOME! I had 3 favourite parts too and one sad part..........

1. When Scarlet witch was brains washing everyone and tried to brainwash Hawkeye and Hawkeye was like NOpe I aint falling for that again.

2.When Scarlet witch meets Ultron in the train and rips his artificial heart out of HIM.

3rdWhen Vision was able to life Thors Hammer LMAO

Sad moment 1. Quick SILVER...DIED

Age of Ultron was good, but its not as good as the first one and I feel it only sets things up for Infinity War.

To be fair, most of the MCU movies now are setting up for Infinity War. Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Spider-Man and Inhumans are a few movies where I don't think we'll see much set-up for new Avengers movies, although with how connected things are now, anything could happen. Heck, I wonder if Inhumans will feature some of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The movie was meh at best. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather watch a meh marvel movie then some of movie any day, but it felt like they were setting up way too many things for Civil War or Infinity Gauntlet. I do like how they managed to sneak in a Quicksilver cameo though (his movie appearances are owned by Fox along with Xmen and Deadpool. Marvel snuck him in by not ever saying his name, killing him off, and making sure he doesn't appear in any merchandise). I also liked the subtle nod to Black Panther by mentioning Wakanda, that gives me hope that they'll do the movie justice like they did with the (sadly brief) TV show.

Sad moment 1. Quick SILVER...DIED

His death was very much confirmed, but that doesn't mean he can't return in future installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie originally had Quicksilver survive the gunfire and appear alongside his sister in the final cutscene, so that may not mean they are completely done with him. This personally ruined the movie for me but I hope he returns.

Why did Marvel have to sell off the rights of their characters during their economic troubles?
