Not sure if this was talked about but are any kind of games backwards compatible with switch from like 3ds or wii u?

Oh really? So basically pay for a subscription to play old games kinda like xboxs game pass n ps4s playstation now?

Yeah it's basically the Xbox Game Pass but for NES games. I'd say it's a much worse offering but it will be a lot cheaper
