Balloons coming to Fortnite Battle Royale

Its only been a little bit of time since Fortnite unveiled their new game mode, Fortnitemares. However, it seems they’re not quite done, as a new item is coming to the game soon, called Balloons. Nothing much is known about this item, apart from the in game description: “Inflate Balloons to defy gravity! Add Balloons to increase your altitude!”

This honestly looks like the weirdest item to come to Fortnite in a while, and I’m excited to try it out to see how weird it really is. What about you guys? You planning on trying this new item out when it releases?

Balloons. New way of flying to different places I guess? I dont play fortnite so idk.

These aren’t very useful.. its like a slow grappler, and the arc you float in is so easy to track if anyone sees you you will probably get shot down.
Maybe once they disable gliders always being on this will be a bit more useful.
