Battle Wallace as Champion in ORAS?

So I've seen people on Pokémon Alpha Sapphire battling Wallace as the Champion. How do I do that?

EDIT: From what I can see, what you saw was probably either a hack or a joke, because you can't battle him as champion in ORAS...

That youtube video is NOT from the actual game! The entire channel it's on has videos like that and they are all made through a video maker, meaning they are not game footage! The latest of smealum's hacks for the 3DS can make this possible sometime soon though!

What you were watching was either the extreme randomizer, or it was a fake.
If it was the extreme randomizer, you will need to hack through your game to battle him as a champion (some complicated methods). If it was a fake then... it was a fake.

In other words, it is impossible to battle wallace as a champion in ORAS, unless you hack.
