Is anyone looking forward to Battlefield 4? It looks really good. I have to say, it may even put Call of Duty Ghosts to shame. Still, 'Call of Duty Ghosts' looks epic,

One of my Steam contacts sent me this video (it bashes Call of Duty Ghosts and praises Battlefield 4) :

You'll know it's Battlefield 4 footage when you hear the exciting background music. Or you can just know Call of Duty Ghosts footage is shown first, followed by BF4, then back to Ghosts, and it goes on.

I'm not judging yet because I have to play both games for myself. What are your thoughts about Battlefield 4 from the videos that you have seen and the information that you collected?

I already played BF3 so everything just feels and looks the same really, maybe it's because I'm not a huge BF or COD fan but these games kind of seems like the same old games with a new coat of paint.

This one have a really big new coat of paint, those graphics are better than BF3.
Well, the only FPS I played a lot is Counter Strike 1.6, because it's the only thing I can play outside, sadly.

Well commander mode seemed interesting so maybe I'll get it when it becomes cheaper, but I just can't stand day one dlc and those kind of practices. So I'm going to lay off this for now.

Well, one of the reason I never buy a FPS is the high quantity of DLC

If it's paid DLC maps, you'll see a lack of players after a while. I don't normally buy 'em. I only purchased DLC once for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 when they got a price slash. Not much people played the paid maps.

Then again, they did get bad reviews.

The last game I bought from EA was Need For Speed Shift 2, an it was free thanks to PSN+.
Before than, I have to remember like 10 years ago.

I'm gonna get BF 4 because it looks awesome...and because I have never played any CoD game before xD Go BF4!

I am an extremely big fan of the Battlefield, they have certainly been fantastic all the way through and all of the Battlefield games I have bought in the past have certainly been worth paying for. I cannot wait for this version and Commander mode seems fantastic along with great new graphics that will make the experience jump up to a whole new level. I am not a very big Call of Duty fan however I do enjoy playing it with certain people.

I do want this but i'm focused on other things or games i mean. I still don't have the money yet.
