Best City?

Honestly, for me, It was a tie between Jubilife and Canalave City. The music was great in both cities, Canalave had one of my favorite gyms, and they were from my favorite generation.

Kanto - Celadon
Johto - Goldernrod
Hoenn - Mossdeep
Sinnoh - Canalave
Unova - Nimbasa
Kalos - Lumiose

I'm basing this off of music, city background, and the most time I would spend at the city post game.

I love Viridian City (mostly because of the song in the anime). Lumiose would come next only because Missingno is there and the Ghost Girl game me a heart attack when she game it of nowhere.

Goldenrod would probably be my favourite because of the best music of any city I have ever heard. It's so upbeat and nice to listen to. It's also quite a large city with the Goldenrod Mart and everything. Generally I really liked Goldenrod. The Daycare was close to it too, so I could listen to it relatively often. :3

I think that Jubilife City and and C.elestic Town has to be the best cities because Jubilife is so lively with a lot of things going on down there, the pokewatch creator
, clowns, the gigantic building with a bunch of things to do, the GTS, and your fish rod. Celestic Town is very mysterious and the hometown of Cynthia. It is also where you learn about the legends and mythical pokemons.

Kanto- Lavender Town. It had it's own theme that I found catchy. You face Gary there, you see ghosts there, and it's a small town so you don't have to waste your time traveling anywhere. Also the first time you can heal without going to the PC.
Johto- Cinnabar Island The overall design of het whole region was neat going in a loop in order to go back to your home town to get to the Pokemon League. Ecruteak City was neat though. Mainly because of the Kimono Girls and it's next to Ho-Oh's location.
Hoenn- Sootopolis City. A city underwater is pretty neat. The only thing that would make it better is Atlantis City.
Orre- Pyrite Town. The music was jazzy, the town was corrupt, and there were plenty of trainers to face with Shadow Pokemon.
Sinnoh- Jubilife. It's jazzy and has it's official Gen 6 version of the music in X/Y.
Unova- Castelia City. Basically what defines the best part of Gen 5. It's 3D graphics and daily things to do. Also the Bug type Gym. If only this was later in the game.
Kalos- Anistar City. Great music and mystery. Not a drugfest like Laverre with their friendship checkers and Pokeball Factory. It features some drama like giving one of your Pokemon to the Old man and he rewards you in return and it features the strange sundial that has connections to Mega evolution.

Kanto- Cerulean City: In HGSS, the music is very soothing and is one of my favourite music.
Johto- Goldenrod City: It is a very hi-tech city, everything looks beautiful and everything looks so great golden-ish! Well done, Goldenrod city! you live up to your name!
Hoenn- Petalburg City- I don't know how to describe it. Its just good.
Sinnoh- Jublife city- Its a peaceful city and I love being there.
Unova- Skyarrow Bridge- Everytime I cross that bridge, my mind feels refreshed.
Kalos- Kiloude City: It has the Battle Maison and Friend Safari.

I really liked Castelia City the best of what I've played so far It was really breathtaking especially when I first entered the city and the skyscrapers and the music made it feel so modern . One of the best cities that I have ever experienced , asides from Nimbasa
