Best Dual Screens user?

Doing the final touches on my team and I figured I needed a Pokémon to set up dual screens. I'm thinking of going for Magic Bounce speon with light clay, but Klefli seems very viable right now. Any suggestions/Advice?

Hm.. What if I switched it around to add T-wave and Substitute in slot 3 and 4?

omg lol forgot to slash TWave lol sorry bout that, been using my key for wall crippler in doubles/multi lol Foul Play is nice if you invest some atk EVs to it, kinda chose Gleam since my Key is for doubles lol Anyways, Key should have TWave/Toxic, Dual Screens/Reflect+Safeguard/LScreen+Safeguard, and an attack Play Rough(STAB)/Foul Play can cause decent damage with atk investment lol

Klefki since it has great defenses and prankster ability. It can also run swagger, foul play, spikes, thunder wave and others as well. another good dual screen user is espeon since it has high speed and magic bounce to bounce back opposing entry hazards. Those are the two i would use unless im missing someone besides deoxys.

just like in your post. i really like this set. but i think you should try using Klefki like in @MMMs suggestion.

I think that Klefki is actually the best dual screens user and can be used for a variety of things ^^
