I need a good and effective way to level up my Pokemon in ORAS. I have no good solution really, because Blissey Bases tend to get slow pretty quickly, even when the Pokemon is holding a lucky egg. The Elite 4 is also not really an option because I only have one good Pokemon that is leveled up (Gogoat) but the ice type elite 4 can take him out easily due to type advantage.

The daycare is flawed as well because I don't want to lose my move set. So is there any actual good way to level them up?

The best thing I can think of is E4 ing with the Gogoat and Xp share, and just keep leveling up and dying until you get to a point where the Gogoat's good enough not to die or you have something else that can wreck Glacia.

I wish there was some sort of Battle Maison where your Pokemon can level up, I think that could work, but I'll take your advice and do the Elite 4

Or you could scan a ton of codes for blisseys for your secret base. After you EV train of course.:p, He are the QR codes. https://plus.google.com/ RoobenGamer/posts/LFq9YA2BHFw. Just boot up the level release and level up!
That's the thing, :/ Blissey bases can get pretty slow if you get in the mid 60's, leveling up only once or twice per Blissey. I did it to my Gogoat, and after 15 level 100 blissey, it only leveled up about 20 times, and considering you can only do them once a day, it could take about one to three days to get a pokemon to level 100, and then you have to consider training an entire team this way can get inconvenient

Did you turn on O-Powers? O-Powers boost the rate of EXP by a ton.
