being Ragna (BlazBlue), Yu AKA Narukami (Persona 4 Arena), Hyde (Under Night In-Birth Exe Late) and Ruby (RWBY)

The Following modes will be available:

Yass :monkey:

I'll try out the demo but I would have been hyped IF we could demo playing with friends over WiFi :eyes2:

Just did some more reasearch. For Switch, from 5/11 to 5/14, ALL 20 characters (not DLC), Vs.2p, AND Online will be available to all users, reguardless of pre order status

Turns out you can play online with others in VS mode on the Switch version.

I just had six online matches. I got my butt kicked in all but I at least defeated one character in the last match I played. It's fun and I'm seriously considering getting the full game, but I'd prefer to play with a pro controller instead of handheld mode / joycons.

I will say, out of most fighting games, it feels really easy (Like DragonBall FighterZ easy) but it still has some technicality so I feel that there’s a perfect balance of simplicity and technical skill in the game. Also, Es and Gordeau are too stronk atm...
