That moment, when you're so much into a game, that you're playing on your 3DS, and don't realize what's about to strike...you don't notice the red light which indicates very low battery...and moments later...it starts to blink like crazy!!! you run to grab the charger as soon as possible and plug it in, you almost risked losing valuable progress within the game! :nailbiting:

How many times has this happened to you? A few times for me, and the most recent was about half an hour ago. I was engaged within a battle, and almost was victorious. I rushed for the charger just in the nick of time. :rotfl:

It only happened once when I was fighting Dire Miralis in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for the first time. I generally hate having to redo quests, so unless I beat an Elder Dragon in one go, I will reset the game and try again! Anyway, I got it at really low health, it kept limping and all, it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to beat, but the light started flashing! I saw it after a while and rushed to get get the charger! By the time I plugged it in, it had gone off! I was just 2 seconds late. Thankfully, when the 2DS (I don't know if it's the same for the 3DS too) first just dumps everything in the ram to the SD card temporarily, then shuts down all functions not needed to keep a game running (lighting, buttons, etc.) and stays like that for ~10 seconds, so my game progress was just barely saved! Since then, I have never tried that level again or let my battery stay at red for more than 3 minutes!

It happens to me a lot while I play Smash online xD Sometimes I'm so into the game that I barely regard that my battery is going down. (plus I had full brightness and 3D on :bear: ) I'm in such a hurry sometimes that I wouldn't care that my 3DS charger is all tangled up and I plug it in :p

It's kinda funny because I usually keep my 3DS charged on the clock because of constantly using the highest brightness. But at times, I slip and forget to put it on the charger even when I know that the battery is at least a two bar. And at valuable times? Yes. Always.

Yeah, I always have mine on a charger but when I'm not in bed, it's not. Those times when it starts blinking and I'm in a dungeon in LoRule, I yell to the kids, "Give me one of your chargers now!" and I make them plug it in too!!!!! LOL!!!!

I had that twice. Once I was playing Animal Crossing New Leaf and I had that power light covered under my shirt somehow (idk how) then the red light began to blink like crazy. I thought it was a friend notification but it couldn't be! I put in my charger immediately when I realised what it was, and felt much better.

Another time I left it in Sleep mode and put the 3ds on my table overnight. Then I noticed that the blinky light was going mad!Immediate plug-in, that's all!

Whenever my 3DS starts blinking the putrid red light repeatedly my heart starts beating fast as I run to get the charger. It feels like I'm trying to defuse a deadly bomb and it I always feel like I saved the world when I charge the system in time before the world explodes and everyone dies. I'm so DERP.:p

It had happened with me a lot (even today also) :p

I really don't know but i really never check my battery before playing a game but i once when a was in pokemon game and was about to complete the game suddenly my 3ds battery start blinking and i was just running around to find my 3ds charger :p

I usually adjust the brightness depending on how bright it is in reality. Also I keep the power saving mode on and at the end of the day or when im not using my 3ds, I put it on the charger so it helps prevent it from dying out.

Many, many times, and on occasion it would be too late. At times I even feel like I'm in the Olympics when I go for my 3ds charger lol.

You can actually close the 3ds when its red to put it in sleep mode so the batterie does not waste. Thats what I do when the 3ds goes red which does'nt normally happen.

It happens to me all the time now: my charger died. There's not a worst feeling than being unable to your handheld unless you can get someone to charge for you :(. I charged all the time though before,I never had to run in the knick of time :D cause I usually played by a outlet so I didn't have Ta run!

Ah that feeling we all have had. I have had it multiple times as I play quite a lot but the most anoying I have had is in MK7 final race rainbow road: I was racing along and noticed that the light had turned red, I thought uh oh well I will most likely be bale to finish the race. So I kept going and then it happened the dreaded blinking red light showed up. I was lose just going around that sharp turn just before the finish line; I could see it in the distance and then! It died :(

This happens a lot more often than I'd like to admit. My 3DS still has awesome batteries so it can go for days without charging, but sometimes I forget to charge it when it really needs to be charged. :-/ Until now I've always managed to grab the charger in time, or otherwise save my progress.

Oh good I'm not the only one with that problem.

Hope it doesn't happen to anyone during a tourney
