It's been a while since I saw a thread for QR Codes, and I can't seem to find the ones for Blissey here. So, I decided I'll just post some I find here, hopefully helping others.
All bases are in Secret shore. Each set has 6 codes, one for each base in the area.
For those that have yet to access Secret Shore:
-Fly or Soar to Route 129
-Use Dive on the area right at the south of you,
-Swim to the right area and surface
-Keep going down
