Boku No Hero Academia - Anime Discussion {No Manga Spoilers}

As most of us know, there is the most recent popular rising anime/manga, which goes by the name "Boku No Hero Academia" following a boy which lives in the time of Super Heroes, where everyone is born with a unique power to himself known as a "Quirk". However, the protagonist "Deku" is one of the unlucky ones born with no quirk, he reacts negatively to this, as his greatest dream in life was to and still is to become the best hero in the world, however once discovering that he's "Quirkless" he doubts the possibility that his dream will ever become a reality. Until one day he meets the #1 hero at the time known as "All Might..." and that's when the story of "Boku No Hero Academia" unfolds.

So the reason as to why I created this post is due to how I want some nice discussions and theories to go on in this discussion, if you aren't caught up with the series I suggest you don't scroll down. If you are a manga reader, please no manga spoilers in the forums. Thanks.

For starters, who's your favorite character from all of those introduced so far in the story and from the UA academy? personally for my my favorite would be Shouto as his powers are insanely awesome (Ice and Fire) and his design is pretty sick. How about you guys?

This is probably my favourite anime airing this season, it's got quite a unique set of characters for a Shounen and the plot seems to be great! If only it was longer than 12 episodes... ;-;

Some characters I find interesting are the Shoto Ice and Fire guy, who's just so cool and seemingly very powerful, and the lightning guy with blonde hair, who we haven't seen much of, his design is kinda cool as well. I'm keen to see more of their powers. There's also Deku and Kacchan who will hopefully continue to develop through the series and I'm interested in seeing how strong they can both become.

I'm honestly 100% sure the anime is airing over 12 episodes.. looking at all the content the manga has released so far... this anime is for sure going to be a long time anime as long as Naruto or Bleach. So honestly I'm pretty confused that as of now it only has 12 episodes planned, also yep, Shouto is a complete boss, he by far has the best powers at the moment in the anime, although the strongest of course would be Deku's

I wasn't going to give this a shot similar to how I wasn't going to give One Punch Man a shot, but One Punch Man turned out to be decent (not really mind blowing, just decent).

I'm actually going to watch this because a lot of people I know told me it's good, so I'll give it a chance.

I'll report back on my progress and if I drop it (from the reviews it's getting, idk if that's likely though).

So, I've watched the first two episodes. I'm kind of liking it. Would definitely recommend it to people who have seen One Punch Man and are looking for something similar to watch :3

Only the first 2 episodes at this point? Should really catch up as season 2 won't be releasing until Winter. Only a 13 episode season
