So, is Bowser Jr. a good choice? I play him as my main ssb character, and I enjoy him. He has good sustain with his up special, and can run into/away from battles with his side special. So, is he a good choice?

I would say that Bowser Junior is a nice character choice with all the attributes that he has . He does have a nice and mobile recovery for even for the slight heaviness and the reduced damage when hitting the Clown Car is a nice tool tip so he is a good character if used correctly

Of course, anyone is a good choice as long as you enjoy that character and know their ins and outs.
But yes, he is. He has good power, a nice projectile that lingers on the stage that affects the stage control, significantly fast tilts and decent ko power.

To me no. LOL he just isint that good with his combos and his air attacks. But some people are very good with him and just so OP. But not me I hate him. I will never play him in my life and will never play him in the rest of the games to come if he stays the same. If he get a little bit better yeah i will play him definitely but for no i can say i will never play him in super smash bros 4

Bowser Jr. is a good character if you are good with using items and okay with having some startup and end lag on aerials. Side special is for mobility and he has a decent neutral game on the ground along with a good grab range. He just has a lot of trouble with KOs as his Smashes give time for you to react. Dash attack is also a good pressuring move. Look up Tweek. He's a good Bowser Jr.

Not to mention his lag in his smash attacks, notably his down smash but his up smash is decent in lag and can hit both sides. It also can ko at early percentages depending on the weight of the character. His neutral special, when charged fully, can ko as well. He has so much ko moves.
