Brachy armor?

I've been farming for WAY too long to get myself a Brachy glaive, and I had so many extra materials by the time I got the second tail that I can make Brachy armor. But is it worth it? I mean, it buffs other Brachy weapons' explosion things and has nice defense I guess. I'm currently using G. Jaggi armor (High rank of course) and I'm wondering whether I should make Brachy armor, or just upgrade my current set.

i would say if you plan on using slime weapons all the time (like me lol) brachydios armor is usually the best armor to use with them. the downside is that making the full set of brachy armor takes a gem, and the only way to upgrade the glaive at all is with the gem. so unless you want to do twice as much farming as you did just to get another gem, i would use it to upgrade the glaive and stick with the jaggi armor. besides, i said usually for a reason, as there is armor that may not give the bombardier armor skill to boost the slime, but it makes up for it with much better skills.

Ehh.... there are other armors out there that are better that you could easily gem Bombardier into, so I wouldn't unless you have a load of zenny to kill. But that's just my opinion xD

Zenny isn't a problem for me. I only recently cleared out my item box of useless junk (from 6 pages to 2.5) and I have tons of cash. If I shouldn't go brachy armor (and I'm keeping the glaive), should I stick with Jaggi till a higher rank (I'm caravan 7* and HR5) or make something new now?

I would personally stick with jaggi for a while until you can get some of the rath armor, or you can wait until you can get some nerscylla Z armor in G-rank. you could also go for fatalis when you get the chance
