My 3ds xl is Brazilian, and the eshop too, so I have two questions:
The first is, games purchased in the United States work in it?
And the second question is, the cards of the available eshop here work on it?

Yes since it's a North American region 3DS.

It depends. Does your eShop use US currency? If not, you won't be able to redeem US eShop credit codes. You can use game download codes assuming the region you set for your Nintendo Network ID allows it.

Take note that you can always remove/delete your Nintendo Network ID, but you'll lose all of your data,

My eshop is Brazilian, because I 'm from Brazil, and it shows in BRL, you could give the download code, rather than the eshop of code? If yes, what are the price of Pokemon Alpha Sapphire?
