I figured I might leave my set here for others to scope out and test. I've logged around 2130 LBG missions so far.
I generally run pierce shots as the ammo of choice with every LBG set I have to maximise damage and capitalise on LBG's mobility, but this is more my most commonly used gunner set.
Feel free to leave your own too! I'd love some ideas that don't involve Vayu

Miracle Talisman evasion 8 OOO
The jewels are as follows;
Flawless 2 Jewel
Physique jewel 1 and 2
Absorber 1 Jewel
3 Ninja jewels which can be swapped out for any 2 value jewel.
I commonly replace Sneak with Blast for extra damage.
Set stats are (fully maxed def btw)

661 Def
Evasion 2
Recoil down 1
Evade Extender
Peak Performance (boosts atk to 530)
Constitution 1 (for super sized panic dives)
Sneak/Blast/ "shot" plus etc
This set is built by me, to let you tank moderate hits and deal heavy damage while also allowing you to evade those nasty ohkos like Picklepants and his waddlebreath attack.
Recoil down 1 means you can rocket off shots fairly quick plus Ukanlos SL comes with sleep 1 and 2 usage for support and massive normal 2 and 3 clips to fall back on. You get crag and cluster 2 and 3 for fixed damage to negate the neg affinity and Pierce 3 for solid situational damage.
I also call this set my Jang killer thanks to Rapidfire Ice shots not to mention the evasion keeps you mobile in that kind of fast paced fight.
