This only sorta belongs here, I'll remove it if people think it doesn't belong.
Basically, in the shoutbox, I have random device surveys, and take into account whoever cares to say so (this is biased towards people who use the shoutbox and keyboards, I know).
There is also a survey up there for those who don't hang in the shoutbox.
