AC:NH Can all paintings/statues from Redd be fake in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

I saw Redd on my island today in Animal Crossing: New Horizons and I use a guide to check if the paintings/statues are authentic or fake. This time, all of them were fake but I'm not sure if it's because I bought furniture from Redd before looking at the paintings/statues.

How does it work? Is one of the paintings/statues guaranteed to be real or can all be fake too?
