Can the Switch version of Overwatch play with other consoles/PC?

I'm afraid the Switch version of Overwatch won't have enough players so I want to know if the cross-play support will have enough players to play with.
 
Nope, overwatch doesn't have any cross-play on any platform. The platforms can only play with/against other people on the same platform as them.

MMMM... That's just bad, I wish that they could, but you know, cross-play is kinda hard to do anyways

yeah crossplay is much harder then people think honestly
