You can buy candy for any occasion really, but the more exotic or plentiful it is, the more "gift-worthy" it is.
And as of this post's posting, candy as gifts will definitely be given out regularly. But buying twislers in bulk looks kinda cheep, (Except that one occasion, in which case it was literally the sweetest thing I did. ^~^) so some candies are better as gifts than others.

What do you guys like out there for gift-candy? Don't limit your imagination to snickers and reese's, there're worlds of things out there - truffles, petite fours, chocolate-covered coffee beans! Nuts, (if you're into that, and hopefully not allergic.) exotic pepper-infused candy, candy with french or italian names. Traditional baked or cooked goods...

Well then there are those snickers' bars that are a foot long... So what do you look for in candy gifted to you?

I actually would prefer not to get candy as a gift. To me it just feels weird, it's a halloween thing. (I'm not sure I've actually gotten candy as a gift that's why I'm saying that). But if you want me to list my favorite candies I will. I LOVE Milky Way Bars, which actually stinks right now because I can't have them due to braces (I also really like popcorn to ). I like smarties, jolly ranchers, and life savers to (not the gummies as much, I prefer the regular). Also sweet tarts. My dad actually calls them "Candy Crack" because they are so addictive and once he eats one he wants like the whole thing. Also skittles and M&M's are nice. Basically I like all kinds of candy :)

Me and my friends do this all the time, it's a great and sometimes less expensive way to show you care. Mainly I like any candy, I mean it's candy. However, my favourite candy gift is Skittles. Whenever I get a bag it was as if it was never there. Then again if you met my dad you'd understand why... (ya I have to keep a secret stash most of the time *sigh*). Regardless, though I like all candy and if any of my friends get me candy as a gift I would be just as happy. Whenever it comes to gift giving it isn't about the money but about the thought put into it. To say Happy Holidays, I gift everyone one this thread with hot cocoa, :coffee: *gives hot cocoa*:coffee:

You people need to get out more. :p
Ever had ghost-pepper chocolate? It was a special order online, and I kid you not it was more a dare to eat it than a treat.

Also, Dagobah chocolate bars are awesome!

(Yes, you pronounce it Dagobah, like you would Yoda's home planet. :D)

No it's not that I don't get out enough:p. However, I either dislike or have a vendetta against them half the time. Yes, I have heard of ghost pepper chocolate but will never try it. My dad was making spaghetti once and mistook a ghost pepper for a red pepper and ate the whole think in one bite:dead:. Never again will I touch anything with the name ghost pepper in it. Never have heard of Dagobah chocolate bars though, I will have to try that for the sake of Yoda. :hungry:
