SSB for 3DS Can't get a power up for some reason in Smash 3DS

Can someone please write a list of all power ups and how to get them I have tried so many times but some never show what am I missing

If you mean Smash Run powers one of them is Streetsmash so many people but other than that Customs are all possible to get in the various modes. Did you clear all the events?

I meant the extra abilities for the characters like Ike's furious eruption

i think ur talking about the custom moves
some are unlocked with Classic or All Star Mode (Smash run also)
challenges also have them
