Can't get platinum reward download code on Club Nintendo

since Nintendo club is shutting down and it is so lagy and I can't download my premium game please help I don't know what to do but when I got to the screen to click a button and get the code the button won't work
 
The same thing happened to me. There was so much traffic. It was very laggy. The only thing to do is keep trying to sign in and get your reward. You have to have a lot of patience to try to get the elite status gift. This could take hours but you have to keep trying.
 
new problem I lost my premium so now I can't get it

never mind it worked (unlike the last hours)

I had the same glitch it said that i wasnt premium and then it said i was. Very laggy. Glad you got it.

no I lost my present but then I checked my email and now I am downloading it
