So next year I'm headed to college, gonna commute so I need a car. I'm a new driver, and I find it really hard to park, so keep that in mind. >.< I'm gonna be driving near hills so that too.

I've narrowed it down to 3 choices here they are;

They are all within price range, soooo yeah, no worries bout that. >.<

+ is pro
- is con

Honda Civic
03-2016-honda-civic-fd-1.jpg
+ Pretty car,
but not luxury stylish
+ Fuel-efficient
+ Very reliable
- Too common ;~;
(don't know why that bothers me)

Honda fit
ximm
+ I think it's soo cute ;u;
Don't judge meh ;~;
+ small, so it's easy to park
+ Fuel-efficient
+ Very safe (5/5 safety rating)
+ Fun to drive cause it's small
+ Lots of space ;~; (I can keep stuff for college)
- I feel like it'll look embarrassing in public ;-; I like the design, but my family has this thing where they like to compete with other families so yeah ;~; This tiny thing is gonna make me look shameful in front of a BMW and a Mercedes, :panda:
- 1.5L engine :c Idk how that will work uphill :/

Mazda 3
prueba-mazda3-2014-presentacion-iv-precios-y-conclusiones-201314528_1.jpg
+ Super sleek and luxury-ish
+ It's pretteh ;~;
+ Most fun to drive
+ Nice infotainment system
+ Fuel-efficient
+ Really pretty interior ;u;
- Not as reliable as honda

What do you guys think I should do? I'm leaning toward the Fit more, but I wanna hear your guys' opinion.
Is it worth getting the Fit cause I want it? Or should I just get the Civic people think the Fit looks lame :p

I don't even know if this is even worth making a thread about but, eh. :p Share away >.<)/

I'd say to go for the Honda Fit, regardless of its Juxtaposition next to other nicer cars. However, if the engine is a big worry of yours, then my next choice would be the Honda Civic. Hondas are better quality than Mazdas imo. xP

Yeah, the engine is gonna make my ride eh ;~; So now I have to pick between unreliable luxury prettiness or the Civic >.<

I haven't been able to drive either cars (I'm 17, so hopefully soon I can xD). I think that you should go for the Civic just because of it's reliableness, although I would've picked the Fit because it seems to be the best option, shame about the engine (and it's cute, I agree xD). Have you ruled out Ford cars? I quite like them, they're quite common here and very reliable.

There is no picture of the Honda Civic. So I googled it. It's exterior is definitely the prettiest. That being said, from the specifications the Honda Fit looks the best. Who cares about the douches in BMWs? Those are snobbish anyway, and your car is kawaii. <3

Before deciding on anything: Go for a drive in each of these. Which one has most comfortable seats? How is the radio? Is it nice and clear? (Personally, I can't stand bad sound!) How is the view from the drivers seat? Sometimes it can be obstructed thanks to a design flaw!

Guys, update >.<)/

I talked to a engineer dude and he said The Fit should be fine when going uphill. I just won't be able to floor it, like I will with Mazda and Honda ;~; it will go up to 60mph no problem :3

So yay :D

Yay, you think it's cute too ^_^

I've looked at Fordz but I'm not a fan of the exterior D:

Good idea, but I don't think they let you test drive it until the day you actually buy it D:

I've looked at everything xD Civic is basically my last resort, Mazda 3 and fit are competing right now :p

jk, jk, but I would truly say to go with either the Civic or the Mazda. I love how both of them are designed and they have great Fuel Efficiency as well, which is probably a big plus because the last thing you want to pay for in college is Gas :p
At least you get a choice at the end of your senior year, I had to decide the car I was going to drive my junior/senior year of high school and throughout college when I was a freshman xD. Still a neat car, saves a lot on gas, and it looks pretty slick and has an amazing interior and audio system as well, so I'm happy :p

I said I find it hard, it's still doable. :p
Rear view camera's aren't only for parking >.> If I'm gonna spend 20k might as well get the best for it >.>

Technology fails, you still need to get good without them.

PROTIP - More mpg = less gas money. Always go for that :p
