Catching up on the latest Joker news from yesterday

One of my friends told me Nintendo revealed some extra news about Joker yesterday when I was not home. Can someone catch me up on everything that was revealed yesterday about Joker in Smash?

Do we have a release date?
Are we getting Persona 5 on the Switch?

Joker's release date was yesterday and all they did was showcase him, the new spirits, Nintendo's social media app, you can edit photos and all that. No female character and no details on Persona 5 for Switch. But hey they put FF7 on Switch so why not (and put Mother 3 on Switch while they're at it).

i love his playstile, i think i will try to main him alongside palutena and i adore the fact that they managed to get the persona song with vocals in the game
