Who do you think is the strongest pokemon in the world?? Do you think its Mewto or Lugia? It doesnt have to be a legendary pokemon it can be a random pokemon like jolteon or something like that. Remember we all have our own opinions so dont be mean to people if they say a pokemon that is not what you like or think is the strongest. So what is my opinion? My opinion is that Hoopa unbound is the strongest pokemon in the world what do you think please comment in the comment section below and please have a good day!

Stat wise I beleve Mega Mewtwo and Mega Rayquaza, though I am not familier with Hoopa Unbound
 
There really is no strongest Pokemon because each Pokemon's strength is decided by how it is used and what 4 moves it has in combination.
