In the future of 2025 the world has ravaged by nuclear war. The remains of humanity have further increased the damage. Conflict arose in 2022. Conflict over how community would be restored. This is resulted in the world's people being split into two sides. Chaos and Law. Supernatural forces have also grown to give each side strange kinds of power. Chaos, the world shaped by the sweat and blood of the people. Law, the world shaped by the controlled hands of the powerful government. In areas of the world, there are Chaos and Law supporters. Camps who are endlessly conflicting. Our story begins in present-day New York (or what's left of it.) Recently the shadowy group that calls themselves, the Neutral, has also arisen.
