I have no idea

In the last thread i made in this subforum, at one point I mentioned that my PC would not charge, and I tried using other outlets, and it still wouldn't work, any ideas?

Your PC? Personal Computers, or Desktop computers don't charge. They need a constant power supply.

If it's a laptop, have you tried using another charger?

It's a laptop, and that's the only charger I currently have for it, but I might be able to get a new one soon

Does your laptop work when it's plugged in constantly? Does it just not work when it's not plugged in?

The thing is, I plug it in, and it doesn't work properly most of the time, it just says: "Plugged in, not charging" and when it doesn't say that, my laptop can run normally, but if it's not charging properly, it runs at 15 FPS or something, and I can't take it off the charger, because all it does is make sure the battery can't run out, say at 60%, unless I take it off the charger or it starts charging properly, it will always stay at 60%

Hate to say it, but your battery is dying. Laptops often have that issue when they are old, since charging the battery up so much wears it out. You'd need a replacement for it.
