As @Darrix said, that's one of the cheapest moves I can think of. Even if both have just 1 stock and you're beating the crap out of the bowser, he'll just right B and fly straight off. It's ridiculously annoying and shows a complete lack of skill.

LittleMac is pretty cheap. He's so fast, and does so much damage easily. Also has that side smash, and his B. Just get him in the air they said. It'd be fun they said.
I personally think Megaman is pretty OP, but not cheap, some of his moves are hard, but he kinda has a move for everything. The up A is annoying too. but I'm guilty of using it.
I don't really know how Luna works, since I only played with her once, but I heard she's pretty cheap, and after playing against someone good with her..I barely could've touched her.
Bowser is pretty Cheap too, You can be like 60 percent, and he'll smash you to death. I couldn't beat Allstar with anyone on my first day on hard, but with Bowser it was a piece of Cake lol.
I can't remember anymore who's cheap off the top of my head, but IU know Sonic is an annoying character. I hate his Final smash.

While I agree that Little Mac's KO Punch is just ridiculously OP, he is quite easy to counter. Just be near the ledge, and wait for him to use his Side+B. Easy counter, that's all.
Also, while Jigglypuff can send you fly far away from the stage, she gets pretty weak when she uses her shield or after the Rest attack. Don't forget: if you break her shield, it's the KO (she's the only one who have this characteristic ,by the way) !
But finally, if I had to choose... as surprising as it might be, I would pick the Mii Brawler. His neutral A is just a pain. While you can counter the other characters' neutral A combo when they're punching you, the Mii Brawler's hits are so fast, that I can't manage to counter them. And it annoys me in Multi-Man Smash.
Oh, and finally: if you pick a character who can counter the hits in Smash Rival (You know, when there's an additional annoyance who copies all of your moves), this character will always Smash and Counter.

The only thing I find cheap are kamikaze kills, everything else is fair play to me.
The main variety of this I despise is using Bowser's Side B to take someone off the stage, especially now that whoever engages the suicide dies last, because you literally can't escape that. Same for Ganon's Side B.

Shulk spamming counter
Lucario all around with counter to get on the ground and projectiles to spam.
Robin's standard special
Mega Man spamming forward smash attacks and his B projectiles
Kirby and his cutter/stone/
Link with all his projectiles (arrows mainly) and Smash attacks
Mario's cape is just annoying in general, combine that with his fireball
Pikachu's Thunder although I haven't had any experiences where it's a problem

Wii Fit Train spamming Sun Salutation
Koopalings spamming the kart perhaps
DHD spamming can and disc however had no troubles facing noobs who used them.
