Article says it all, apparently the program is already pretty good and as far as I understood couldn't be detected as hacked. Shiny legendaries, Master Balls, perfect IV starters are all on the Wonder Trade.
Whether this is actually a bad thing or not is a matter of personal opinion. I find the breeding and whatnot tiresome, and the fact that I haven't seen a single shiny (except for the red Gyarados of course) though I've played every game since the original on the GameBoy Color (some many many times), including all the remakes, which kind of makes me lose faith in ever seeing one (anyone who unboxes in TF2 or CS would know what I mean). This provides me an easy way to get them all as well as Pokemon I would normally not get (not many people get 3DSes in my country and especially not in my age group) and honestly apart from CS and WoW I like playing solo games, which Pokemon forced me not to through all the trading necessary to complete the Pokedex. Though the Wonder Trade did help in X/Y, it didn't help enough and was also pretty cumbersome itself.
But I understand and respect the counter opinion. For people who put in the work, this shortcut kills the fun. Plus it is cheating, and cheating is just wrong. Just a matter of personal opinion combined with a loss of time with growing duties (a sad thing I've noticed increasing as I grow older - something that even forced me to leave the site for a long time) for me to accept this as not that bad.
