There's loads of artists using emulated old school sound chips or real tracker generated sounds to make all sorts of techno, rave, house or fusion music. But do you know if there're artists bent on making fan made game music or any kind of orchestral music mimicking adventure or fantasy hits like LoZ?

I guess I'm looking for anything not related to what you'd normally call "electronic" music, which is ironic considering, well...
