Choose what animal you are.

Ok so I know theirs going to be some people who might disagree but still. The game is called Animal Crossing and everybody else in the game is some type of animal. So I was wondering who else would like to choose weather there a animal or human. And then when you go to the barber in your world you can customize the look more. Like being a white dog with pink polka dots. That was just an example but still the ideas there. So what do you think.

Meh, I'd think I'd stay as a human. You don't find my good looks on a dog!
A human has dominance over animals, which is secretly why they make you mayor instantly in the beginning of New Leaf.
If not, you would take over and make yourself dictator. Which would be awesome, but the animals prevent it for their own safety.
Also, being a human means that dogs are your best friend, which means you can trust Isabelle. However, if you were a cat, you might want to focus your eyes on more than just public work papers, as Isabelle might be secretly plotting to eat you or something!
Let's not forget about opposable thumbs. Sure you might say that monkeys have opposable thumbs, too, but do you want to be a monkey? I didn't think so.
In conclusion, humans for the win.

It sounds like a good idea, but creating the designs for players to choose will be a pain, that'll be alot of individual designs for each animal species...which is alot of extra work for something that most people really don't mind not having.

I'm against the idea, I always found it interesting how it's a town with many animals, but you stick out, because you're a human! Mayoring over animals seems like fun, and reporting them and torturing them is also fun, and it wouldn't be as fun if you where torturing your own kind!

I'd be a duck, if I could be an animal! To be honest, I was kind of sad when I heard that you can't be an animal in Animal Crossing. I expected that quiz thing from the old Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games except, instead of a Pokemon you get an animal based on the answers you chose.

It'll be cool if you can choose what animal you are or a quiz like Pokemon mystery dungeon to decide what animal you are but I think the idea Nintendo was going for is you are suppose to stick out by being human and not an animal. <---- Dang that's a long sentence. Anyway I think you should add another villager that you can control but as an animal.

I'd like to be an alpaca, a pink one like Reese, or many a pink Deer. The deers are quite cute looking in that game, I wish there was more =3

I'd go for a deer! A stag to be exact (even though I'm a girl) because I would love to have antlers. If I get to edit my look I would want to be completely white with black hooves but with an intricate black pattern on my legs, spiralling up, leaving my back white. Something like this:

Easy choice for me! I'd totally be a cat! Not only they fit very well with how I consider myself to be in real life (grumpy, lazy, doing my own thing...), but my favorite villager in the entire series, Bob, is a cat Also, cat villagers in general are really good, and some of my all-time favorites (besides Bob) including every species in the game are also cats (I'm looking at you, Kiki, Rosie and Kid Cat!)

Anyhoo, I would wanna be an Alpaca, like Sunny said they're adorable ;u; Also, the little squirrel named Marshall is sooo adorable too. I would pick that too if it was an option. :3

I would like to be a human. But sure I can see the enjoyment of being a cute little animal creating awesome attractions and houses, but I mean, can an animal do that!? Well, if I can I would want to be a puppy, they're just so cute and adorable. I love them, all breeds everything about them <3

I think being a human in the game is fine as it is. It gives you a sort of uniqueness as you are the only human in the game. It would be cool though, if you were given a choice to bean animal! I would maybe be a tiger or a deer. But I might just stay human!

I would be a cat, no doubts about it lol. I am a big cat person and just think they are just so cute. I just can't help myself , the fluffiness is real and I am all for the fluff. I would pick to be a black cat with really pretty green eyes.
