Hyrule Warriors Cia Returns in Hyrule Warriors

I heard that in Hyrule Warriors for 3DS Cia is still alive. I know this because I saw her in one of the trailer videos. It looked like she was fighting the army of Hyrule.

Hyrule Warriors for 3ds is more or less a port, so I'm not too convinced that she's gonna be alive by the end of it.

All the DLC characters from the Wii U version as well as all the already playable characters will be in the 3DS version so even though I don't remember who that is I can believe you because I know the CIA very well #IlluminatiConfirmed what you said.
