Have you ever wanted to raise a daughter in a video game? :eyes:

Ciel Fledge gives you the opportunity to do just that and it's going to hit Nintendo Switch consoles in Autumn 2019. It's basically a simulator where you raise a daughter in a world that was attacked by alien invaders that threatened humanity's existence.

Ciel Fledge Trailer:

Some screenshots:

Life
You are chosen by ARK Administration to name, adopt and raise her as your daughter until she reaches adulthood. This includes helping her through school and choosing hobbies, finding a part-time job, or just spending time together. Your decisions will have a massive impact on her life and which of the many outcomes of the story you will experience.

Personality
Ciel is unique to each player and her age, height and weight will change as the years pass by. With a range of outfits, equipment, and multiple endings to the game, it’s up to you to shape what kind of person she becomes.

The battles
Be it homework, maths classes or fighting monsters: life on ARK-3 in the year 3716 holds many challenges. Help your daughter overcome them by completing challenging match-three puzzle battles, and watch her as her abilities and traits grow.

The concept sounds weird as hell, and when I first read it, I thought it sounded stupid, but I actually quite like the idea now. Not enough to make me rebuy the Switch mind, but if it came to PC, I'd probably get it.

Edit: https://store.steampowered.com/app/738270/Ciel_Fledge/ I'm dumb

I'll add it to my wishlist

Huh, this actually looks like my kinda game. Sounds interesting, might get it on steam though unless it's physical on switch which would be the best option for me.

The UI could do with some major reworking though, it's a mess. Text really needs to be alligned properly.

I raised quite a few kids in my time~ ( V-virtual ones, not real ones. :'D ) This actually does look really interesting, tho. Like Sky says, the UI looks kinda hard to read, and since I'm but a forest boy, it'd be really confusing for me to decipher. But I think I'd wanna get into this when I'm not playing on the big screen, y'know? Seems pretty fun. :3

I wonder how it would play on the Switch because looking at the screenshots it uses the mouse and keyboard. It just begs the question is life a game without stats and a puzzle game built in? Would I want to play this one though? Not really. It reminds me of simulator games and the puzzle element probably would be my favorite thing to deal with especially if it's required to get different endings.
