Show Off commission scoping (LF summer artists)

Still haven't found the uber artist I'm looking for to draw my MapleStory "End of Journey" picture. So post your best pic below and you may be selected to draw this expectedly-over payed-for picture! Digital art will be more likely to catch my interest, but ya never know. And even if I don't think your style will suit this picture, I may still come to you for a commission in the future.

Couple things to keep in mind: This picture is meant to commemorate my time spent in MapleStory. So I'll only be wanting one perfect picture; not a bunch of diferent attempts like my "Pixel to Picture" contest earlier in the year. That being said, I'll have free reign to be as picky as I want about the final results. I will be paying a lot more than it'll probably be worth for the quality I'm looking for. So the least the person can do is properly satisfy my request.

Also, my ideal outcome for this picture includes an aurora, designing the inside of a room based on the only 2 houses in the town the picture is meant to be in that actually have interiors in the game, and to be good at drawing humans; as well as a wolf. So remember these details before getting excited about getting enough eshop credit to buy your next 3DS or Wii U game However, full references will be given, down to a rough sketch of what I actually want.

Yeah, there's a huge gap between them to tell the truth! I've been revamping my pages and improving as much as I can as well as trying new methods~ Thank you!

i haven't touched my DA in like 3 years lmao i don't have a play with good lighting and my pc is in front of a loveseat that isn't the most comfortable to lay on. kinda scared to work on my creatures cuz it's been so long... but i'll get to em... eventually... but anyway, for the specific commision this thread was made for, i'd like to wait until i get my sig done from @PersonSP cuz it involves the same characters so would be a much better reference then the covered disproportionate sprites from MapleStory lol. but i always have other pictures I have in mind for my creatures. especially the ones with flavored texts http://aslinescometogether.deviantart.com/gallery/ The problem with DA is everyone wants paypal for their commisions and i don't have a paypal account.

That's understandable!
I hope you get back to them soon, no need to be scared to work on them~
and I believe the reason why everyone chooses PayPal is because it's safer. I'm new to commissions so I have that option available at the moment but to make it easier for people I'll make more options available in the future.

Also, thank you for welcoming me! This Forum is becoming one of my favorite so far, I like how it has topics about everything~

well i kinda do have to be scared to work on em. my random-line sketches (as i call them) are random lines i make and fit together as i see them. sorta like making shapes in the clouds. but the minute i actuall try, they turn out crap. this is one of my Level 3's

and this is one from the same level that i "tried" on

then here's one in Level 3 that i "tried" on

that was originally made with this Level 6 (amongst others)

so basically as a rule of thumb, if i try, they suck lol.

Just keep on trying! You will get there, if you don't practice and experiment with them, you'll never know~

I could look if there would be any people interested in a collab, I've never done one myself to tell the truth except art trades
