So, I'm back with another competitive build, and this focuses on an item: the Assault Vest. The Assault Vest is a very useful item for tanks, and the item boosts a Pokemon's Sp.Defense by 50% when held. This is very useful, because there are lots of powerful Sp. Attackers in the Pokemon world, so when using this item, a powerful Sp. Attacker may attempt to faint your Pokemon, but the Assault Vest may save you and allow your Pokemon to take a hit. Anyways, here are some powerful AV users, along with the competitive build.

Conkelldurr@AV
Guts
EVS-252 Sp. Defense 252 Attack 4 HP
Adamant
-Ice Punch (Flying Type coverage)
-Drain Punch (STAB+Heal)
-Knock Off (Take away the opponent's item. This will allow a better chance of sweeping if the item is "big".)
-Mach Punch (Priority)
This is a standard AV-Conkelldurr set, used by many competitive players. The EVS are choice though. You can rearrange the EVS if you want.

Slowbro@AV
Regenerator
EVS-252 HP 252 Sp. Attack 4 Sp. Defense
Modest
-Fire Blast (Coverage)
-Ice Beam (Grass type coverage)
-Scald (STAB)
-Psyshock (STAB)
AV only a allows the Pokemon to become offensive, meaning attacking moves ONLY, so anyways, there is a reason why Slowbro is playing offensive. The moves can be anything you want it to be. I use this set since it offers great coverage.

Goodra@AV
Gooey
EVS-252 HP 252 Sp. Attack 4 Sp. Defense
Modest
-Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse (STAB)
-Fire Blast (Ice type coverage+annoying Steel types)
-Sludge Wave (Fairy type coverage)
-Thunderbolt (Coverage)
Goodra may have puny Defense, but its Sp. Defense is monstrous. This is another set that offers pretty good coverage.

Tyranitar@AV
Sand Stream
EVS-252 HP 252 Sp. Defense 4 Attack
Adamant/Jolly
-Aerial Ace (Fighting, Grass, and Bug type coverage)/Fire Punch (Grass, Bug, and Steel type coverage)
-Crunch (STAB)
-Earthquake (STAB)
-Stone Edge/Pursuit (STAB)
A Tyranitar in SS with AV is very powerful. The Sp. Defense would be very high. This moveset is full of STAB, along with 1 move to cover 3 weaknesses. An AV Tyranitar really has tons of movesets, so make your own unique moveset. I use this build.

Regirock@AV
Clear Body
EVS-252 HP 252 Attack 4 Sp. Defense
Adamant
-Earthquake (Coverage)
-Stone Edge (STAB)
-Drain Punch (Coverage)
-Ice Punch (Coverage)
Regirock already has a monstrous Defense, so why not give it an Assault Vest to bulk it up on both defensive sides? This set pretty much is used to cover types. It may not cover as much compared to the others, but it still is able to cover its weaknesses.

Metagross@AV
Clear Body
EVS-252 HP 252 Attack 4 Speed
Adamant
-Meteor Mash (SUPER STAB+Coverage)
-Bullet Punch (Priority)
-Earthquake (Coverage)
-Zen Headbutt (STAB)
Metagrosses usually run offensive, so why not? AV will be used to up that Sp. Defense.

Rhyperior@AV
Solid Rock (Sandstorm support highly recommended)
EVS-252 HP 204 Sp. Defense 52 Attack
Adamant
-Earthquake (STAB)
-Stone Edge (STAB)
-Megahorn (Coverage)
-Rock Blast (STAB+Sub breaking)/Power-Up Punch (Attack boost)
Rhyperiors are almost always offensive. How about a Sp. Defense boost? With Solid Rock and with the support of Sandstream, the Sp. Defense of Rhyperiors will be pretty good, with the help of AV.

Snorlax@AV
Thick Fat
EVS-252 Attack 252 Defense 4 Speed
Adamant
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Iron Head (Fairy Check)/Body Slam (STAB)
-Superpower (High Power)/Self-Destruct (STAB+High Power)
Snorlax's Sp. Defense is pretty good, but why not give it a boost?

Anyways, this is all I got for today. If you have any AV sets, post them down below. Anyways, peace.
