RMT / Team Help Competitive Team

So i have a pretty good competitive team: Mamoswine, mega venusaur, azumarill, greninka, quagsire, togekiss (ik we have a slight weakness to grass but not really cus greninja has protean)
anyway my friend practically made this team himself so whenever we battle he knows what to do and when, i want a team thats good but that'll suprise him
anyway i wanna start off with aerodactyl that knows stealth rocks, spikes, and whirlwind, then i want an umbreon with protect and wish (as to heal othher members) so umbreon needs to have good defense/speciail defense, what about the other 6 members of the team and what about the moves that're free with those 2 pokemon, pls someone help me make a team, thanks (also whta bilities and natures ivs/evs etc.)

Do you use showdown? It's a great place to test teams. But when ur thinking of pokemon, think of mons that cover weaknesses and resistances AND ones that will synergises well with your team.

For example,
Umbreon- weak to: bug, fighting, fairy, etc
Aerodactyl- weak to: water, electric, rock, etc

At this point, you'd be rekt by scarf Gardevoir. So, pick a mon that walls Gardevoir, and can KO back. Maybe Aegislash (despite the 'contreversy'), or even Mega Mawile.

Keep adding Mons and testing on play.pokemonshowdown.com, and you'll get there ^^

hmm im really looking for the other members but id love a talonflame so:
umbreon-bug fighting fairy
aerodactyl-water electric rock
talonflame-rock (4x) electric ice water
riht now i have an electric and water weakness can someone help me out (decide the rest) also i need (all the requirements can be in one pokemon) a good wall/a mega/a balance to if they have a good attacker/special attacker i want a respective thing to block it
thanks and get back to me when u can, i can ev train fairly fast (i have all the stuff) but iv/ability/nature i cant without my friend so if someone could help (not jsut refer me to a guide like give the everstone to -- and everything) if someoenw willing to breed them for me ill give playcoins (name ur price/be reasonable)

okay so i want an umbreon with protect wish foul play and wish but i need b/w 2 to get that and idk if the ppl making me the team will do that, so if i make my team with umbreon what can replace him if i cant get those moves also i dont want talonflame but i want a counter to talonflame
also can someone suggest more members and stuff to me, thanks
