I'm going Toon Link, mainly because he used to be one of my mains in Brawl.

You gotta go with the Green Thunder Luigi. He's been around longer and is a lot more agile than both Link and Toon Link. His taunts are awesome and He performs a matrix like a boss. He also would probably survive in battle situations longer than both!!!! BAM!!!

I don't think Luigi is that good tbh. He should be considered lower tier because of this not really useful/risky specials and luck based green missile for a recovery option that leaves him vulnerable. I guess I'll go with Toon Link since the physics he has on every move he has are floaty and TL is also pretty fast

I will choose toon link. I hate lungi's specials. And Link is too slow for me. I like Toon link's air down A move (just like greninja's). With correct timing and his speed, i can surely hit my opponents on the floor.
