I only take SuMo battles.
I can play on cartridge (which I prefer) or on Pokemon Showdown.
Note: I don’t plan getting USUM anytime soon so I won’t be able to do cartridge battles with it unless your team is SuMo friendly.
The formats I am currently taking are:

Species Clause:
You are not allowed to have two pokemon with the same national dex number. This INCLUDES forms such as two different rotom forms.
Sleep Clause:
You can only put ONE pokemon to sleep on the opponent's team. If your opponent puts their own Pokémon to sleep, I.e. using rest, won't count to this Clause.
Evasion Clause:
You can NOT have double team or minimize on any of your Pokémon's move set.
OHKO Clause:
You cannot have Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold in any Pokémon's move set.
Moody Clause:
The ability Moody is banned.
Endless Battle Clause:
You can't have move sets that can intentionally cause an endless battle without forfeiting.
Baton Pass Clause:
You cannot have more than one pokemon with Baton Pass. Also, you cannot have a Pokémon that has Baton Pass and a Pokémon with a move or ability that can boost speed and another stat(s).
